The home plans featured on HousePlansXpress.com are protected by United States Copyright Law, however we grant the purchaser of any set of our house plans limited* rights to reproduce the plans as many times as they may need in order to provide copies to all parties responsible for the licensing, construction and inspection of the new home. Unlike other home plan sites, you will not have to obtain more sets of plans from us at additional cost.
* Note: The right to copy our plans does not entitle the purchaser to sell the plans to others. We retain the copyright, and the right to sell remains exclusively with HousePlansXpress.com and Wilcox Design & Builders.

Refund/Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our house plans. Obviously, we cannot control the handling of our plans once they have been shipped/mailed. If the purchaser receives plans that are too damaged for normal use we will replace them for $25. This includes the cost of printing, packing and shipping.
The purchaser must provide his/her original order number in any call or email to request a replacement plan set.
